Pacific Automations is a small shop in Victoria. We use automation and AI to run the marketing that brings local service businesses customers, and the operations that stop those customers slipping away afterwards.
Why we
started
The businesses we work with are good at what they do. The clinic that fits you in the same week, the firm that returns your call, the crew that cleans up at the end of the day. What they don’t have is anyone spare to sit at a desk all day.
So the work goes to whoever was easiest to find and quickest to answer. Not the best dentist or the best contractor in Victoria — the one with a tidy Google profile and a free hand at 4:48 on a Tuesday. That’s a poor way for a market to sort itself out, and it’s a fixable one.
We fix it with unglamorous things. A website that loads and asks for the job. A system that asks every finished customer for a review, because that is what moves you up the map. Something that answers the phone when you can’t, books the work, and chases the quote you forgot about. Software does the repeating parts; we set it up and watch it.
No dashboards nobody opens. No strategy documents. One page a month showing what came in and what it cost.
How we work
- We answer our own phone It would be a strange business not to. You get a person in Victoria, not a queue.
- Month to month No long contracts. If we’re not earning our keep, you should be able to leave on 30 days’ notice, and you can.
- You own everything Domain, site, Google profile, phone number, review history — all in your name. Holding a client’s domain hostage is the oldest trick in this industry and we won’t play it.
- We say no If you don’t need what we sell, or if fixing your existing site would do the job, we’ll tell you. It costs us a sale and saves everyone a bad year.
- We follow the rules Real reviews only, consent before we text anyone, and every message identifies who sent it. Shortcuts here get profiles suspended and numbers blocked — and it’s your business on the line, not ours.
Where we work
Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Colwood, Langford, Sooke, Sidney and up the island to Duncan and Nanaimo. We take clients elsewhere in British Columbia too — the phone and the website don’t care where you are — but the island is home and it’s where we can come and sit down with you.

Pacific Automations is a trading name of 1569146 B.C. LTD., registered in British Columbia and operating from Victoria. That’s the name that shows up on your invoice.

Pacific Automations is deliberately small. The person who answers the phone is the person who builds the thing and the person who fixes it when it breaks. There is no account manager, and no handover to a delivery team you never met.
That means you can ask a direct question and get a direct answer, including the ones that cost me the sale — whether you actually need this, what it will and won’t do, and what it will cost before you commit to anything.
